Delivery Fees

The Checkout offers the following delivery options for your order:

Shipping fees:

Order price over $300: Free shipping.

Order price between $129 and $300: Free shipping for urban areas, $13 for rural areas.

Order price below $129: $7.99 for urban areas, $13 for rural areas.

If your address is in an urban area, you must select the Urban Shipping option during Checkout for your item to be delivered. If your address is in a rural area, you must select the Rural Shipping option for your item to be delivered.

Bulky Item Delivery: $15.00 per shipment. If your address is in an urban area, you must select the Urban Shipping option during Checkout for your item to be delivered.

Bulky Item Delivery (North Island Rural): $22.00 per shipment. If your address is in a rural area, you must select the Rural Shipping option during Checkout for your item to be delivered.

Bulky Item Delivery (South Island): $35.00 per shipment. If you live on the South Island, you must select that Shipping option during Checkout for your item to be delivered.

Urgent Pick Up $20 - If your order requires urgent attention and you prefer to pick it up in person, please select the "Pickup by appointment $20" option during checkout and provide your contact number for our staff to reach you. Kindly note that the Urgent Pick Up service is exclusively available in the Auckland area, and pick up times are limited to weekdays between 7pm and 10pm (by appointment only).

We utilize Courier Post and Aramex for most orders within New Zealand, providing fast and reliable delivery across their extensive domestic network. Delivery times vary based on product availability and the designated delivery address. Typically, most products in stock at Fairtools Store are delivered within 1-3 business days in urban areas of New Zealand.
