The AUTOOL CT200 is a professional-grade ultrasonic fuel injector cleaner and tester designed for 6-cylinder petrol vehicles and select motorcycles. It combines ultrasonic cleaning technology with microcomputer-controlled fuel pressure to simulate real engine conditions — letting you clean and test up to 6 injectors simultaneously without removing them from the vehicle.
Compatible with most 12V petrol injectors on the market, the CT200 is well-suited to workshops, mechanics, and serious DIYers across New Zealand and Australia. Wide-voltage input (110V/220V) means it works with NZ and AU power supplies straight out of the box.

- Cleaning fluid: Use professional ultrasonic injector cleaning fluid or medical-grade alcohol (≥75%). Do not use corrosive solvents or petrol.
- Test fluid: Use professional automotive injector test fluid or medical-grade alcohol (≥75%) as an alternative. Do not use cleaning fluid as a substitute.
- Start sequence: Add cleaning fluid before switching on ultrasonic mode — do not add fluid after the machine is running.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the CT200 test 4-cylinder engines?
Yes. Use the included cylinder plugs to block the two unused ports. All 12 test functions work normally with 4 injectors connected.
Does it work with diesel or GDI injectors?
No. The CT200 only supports standard 12V petrol injectors. For GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) or diesel injectors, please see the AUTOOL CT400 or CT450.
Is it compatible with NZ and Australian power (230V)?
Yes. The CT200 supports 110V and 220V input and works directly with New Zealand and Australian 230V power outlets using the included power cable.
What motorcycle brands are supported?

Is the no-disassembly cleaning adapter included?
