Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online store only. However, our warehouse is located in Auckland.

 

May I use PayPal for payment?

Yes, we support multiple payment methods, including PayPal, Credit Card, POLI, Afterpay, Laybuy. And all transactions are secure and encrypted.

 

Can I get a invoice for the order?

Yes, please contact us and we will provide the invoice for you.

 

Can I return the product if it does not meet my requirements?

We support a 7-day no reason return, but you will need to pay a restocking fee, which includes the shipping cost to send the item to you, and expenses incurred in preparing and receiving your order.

 

What should I do if my product is faulty?

Our products has a 1 year warranty period and we have a professional after-sale team. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us and we will handle the issue.

 

How long it will take to receive my product?

We are currently using NZ POST as ourservice provider. To Auckland area, it takes about 1-2 days.To other Northland area (non-rual), it takes about 2-3 days.To South Island, it takes about 3-5 days. For more details.please kindly refer to NZ POST website. Thanks.

 

Can I pick up my product?(Shopify)

We can only arrange non-office hour pick up (after 7pm on weekdays) in Auckland area.

 

Can I pick up my product?(Trademe)

We feel sorry that our company's warehouse is located in Auckland. And we will not support to pick up. In addition, NZ post delivery only takes about 2-3 days.

Why the price is high on trademe platform?
Because if we complete transactions on the Trademe, the Trademe will extract a portion of our commission, which our own site will not, so the price on the Trademe will be higher than on our own site.
